With over 20 years mentoring youth and a background in Child and Adolescent Development and East-West Psychology, Phillips guides others in embracing heritage and creative potential. Whether teaching, curating, or performing, his work encourages individuals to connect with their bodies, histories, and communities to shape their own stories and futures.
